Dr. Lili Sussman
Dr. Lili Sussman has decades of hard won experience in growth and scaling, from successfully scaling companies from $25m to $100m in less than 3 years, launching failed startups, and bringing new products to market and growing many organisations from startup size to global multinationals across North America, Australia, Europe and Asia. She’s made all the mistakes herself and deeply understands the issues you’re fighting and how much is on the line.
She holds a PhD in decision-making from Harvard, and has been a former academic, United States Chess Champion, strategy leader at BCG, Chief Strategy Officer and executive, and CEO and founder. More importantly, she is a passionate lover and champion of people on the brave journey of life and entrepreneurship.
